DC TECHNOLOGY FOR EVERYONE

Ambibox has developed the 11 kW DC Wallbox, a DC charger for everyone. With it, electric cars can be charged up to five times faster than at a conventional socket. Due to the wallbox's bidirectionality, electricity can flow in two directions: from the in-house solar system to the car and from there back to the in-house grid if required (vehicle to grid, vehicle to home). Thanks to its intelligent charging management, the electric car can be used as a mobile energy storage device or serve as a buffer for the power grid. 

 

The 11 kW wallbox is based on the latest power electronics technology with SiC semiconductors, is extremely compact despite its high power, highly efficient, cost-effective, eligible for subsidies and does not require approval. Due to its low weight, it can be easily installed by one person.
